Transdisciplinary Cooperations

Ch@nge Ruhr – Future Hub for Companies of the Region

Small and medium-sized enterprises in the Ruhr area currently have to cope with high demands of flexibility and digital change: How can this change take place in a way that is both economically and labour- and employee-oriented? How can company transformation and design competence be sustainably strengthened?

Ch@nge Ruhr is dedicated to these questions. The aim is to bundle the regional expertise of labour research, consultancy and company practice in a future hub and to apply it exemplarily in the sectors of industry/production, logistics and health. In this way, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Ruhr region in particular are to be supported in overcoming the challenges of digital change.
