The Institute for Work and Qualification (University of Duisburg-Essen) cordially invites you to an event to discuss how generative AI can be used sustainably and competently in the world of work.
‘How much competence does AI need?’ – Operational qualification requirements and strategies in mechanical engineering.
The use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly gaining importance in companies, from ChatGPT to Copilot. This not only increases the potential, but also the demands on the skills of employees.
How can companies ensure that AI is used responsibly, productively and in a human-centred way?
We would like to discuss this with practitioners, technology developers and scientists as part of the HUMAINE employee dialogue.
