on the operational policy design of new technologies
On 1 April 2025 and 3 April 2025, together with the Chair of Production Systems (LPS), we welcomed the trade union secretary trainees from the IG Metall cohort due to graduate at the end of April to the LPS Learning and Research Factory for two seminar days on the topics of ‘Assistance Systems’ (1 April 2025) and ‘Artificial Intelligence’ (3 April 2025).
In addition to the technical aspects, the focus was placed in particular on the operational policy design of the corresponding technologies. In this context, the latest version of the ‘humAIne Model Company Agreement on Artificial Intelligence’ was discussed with the participants and evaluated on the basis of the impressions and insights gained on the topic of AI during the seminar and with the help of the trainees' practical knowledge.
