On 4 September, all research and application partners gathered at the Breuckmann GmbH company premises for an initial landmark meeting in the research project ‘Adrean – Adaptation of economic resilience and lean manufacturing in production’. In the morning, the project results to date were presented and the pilot area identified in recent months was visited.
On 4 September, all research and application partners gathered at the Breuckmann GmbH company premises for an initial landmark meeting in the research project ‘Adrean – Adaptation of economic resilience and lean manufacturing in production’. In the morning, the project results to date were presented and the pilot area identified in recent months was visited.
In the afternoon, parallel workshops discussed the various influences on resilience and focused on an initial target state for the pilot area of the respective application partners. The joint working group is looking at the role of employees with regard to corporate resilience. The milestone meeting marks the starting point for further research work in the coming months!
