Can this succeed without trade union participation?

With an article on the Mexican model of dual vocational training, Prof. Dr. Manfred Wannöffel contributed to Volume 77 "Sustainability for and through vocational education and training" and the first issue of the journal "berufsbildung - Zeitschrift für Theorie-Praxis-Dialog" in 2023. The article discusses characteristics of the dual model of vocational training in Mexico, which has been introduced since 2013. The lack of participation of Mexican workers' organisations poses particular challenges for international trade union cooperation in the future.
