Conference on 2 December 2022 at the Haus der Geschichte des Ruhrgebiets

At the conference "Works Councils in German Companies. History, Present and Future", an event organised by the Foundation History of the Ruhr Area and Evonik, Prof. Dr. Manfred Wannöffel and Prof. Dr. Thomas Haipeter spoke about co-determination since reunification and the special challenges in qualifying works councils. Prof. Dr. Holm-Detlev Köhler complemented the lecture with a presentation on social dialogue in transnational company mergers. You can find the joint lecture here.
