As part of the MARAWO double degree master's programme between the RUB Faculty of Social Sciences and the Benemérita Universidad de Puebla in Mexico (BUAP), Prof. Dr Manfred Wannöffel was awarded a visiting professorship in August 2022 and taught the topics "Technology-Labour-Organisation". The master's seminar "Technology Work Organisation" is also offered in the winter semester at the Faculty of Social Sciences, so that students from BUAP can prepare their study visit to RUB accordingly.

The interdisciplinary teaching focused on the concepts of socio-technical work design and labour policy. These focal points were linked to a visit with the learning factory of the engineering faculty of BUAP. A cooperation with the learning and research factory of the Chair of Production Systems of the RUB is being sought within the framework of the international network of learning factories (IALF).
