On 30 April 2022, the third Teachersday took place at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. More than 200 interested teachers from all over NRW gathered on the campus for the educational event. The event offered current scientific findings as well as bundled subject-specific and subject-didactic expertise. The "marketplace" with stands of various faculties and institutions was used by the participants as an area for discussion and networking. The Centre of Cooperation RUB/IGM presented further education opportunities with regard to a participatory design of work to the broad audience from the field. In a film about the Learning and Research Factory of the Chair of Production Systems (LPS), in which the Centre of Cooperation RUB/IGM conducts practice-oriented further education programmes in cooperation with the Chair, the interested visitors gained an insight into the hands-on and reality-oriented teaching of learning content and knowledge, from which not only students benefit.
